ACN IRIS 3000™ Reminders

Ordering Tips

  • Upgrades are available through "Account Management"
  • When placing multiple orders from the same computer, please delete the cookies on your computer after each completed order. For instructions, click here.
  • With ACN you can now choose your new phone number! Simply select your state, area code, location and number from the drop-down menus. You will have the option of choosing from up to 3 phone numbers.
  • Fill out your 911, billing and shipping addresses completely
  • Review and accept the Terms & Conditions
  • Review your order for accuracy

Reminders

  • Delivery: Someone must be available to sign for the package to ensure delivery. If someone is not available, FedEx will a leave a door tag letting you know they have attempted delivery. FedEx will not attempt any more than three times on a delivery. If the final attempt fails, FedEx will send the order back and we will contact the recipient by email.
  • Customer Service: Our Call Centers do not have specific mailing dates for each order. ACN will email updates as your arrival date nears.
  • Billing: Your first month's bill was paid at the time of your order. Your second month's bill will be applied 30 days after the phone is shipped with an additional 3 days for shipping time in the U.S.
  • Accessories: All accessories are shipped separately, including Video Phone Links and Digitally Enhanced Cordless Phones.
