Moving doesn't have to be difficult

ACN can make your move easier by assisting you with the transfer of your Local and Long Distance residential phone service.

Follow this simple process:

  • Call ACN Customer Care and inform the agent you are moving at least 10 business days prior to your move.
  • Provide your home phone number.
  • Provide your new address and move date.
