Contract Information
Which carriers will permit early cancellation of the two-year wireless service contract without an Early Termination Fee (ETF)?
All carriers that offer post-paid wireless service require a two-year wireless service contract and all have an ETF clause in the terms and conditions of the contract. Some carriers may allow a customer to upgrade a phone or extend their contract prior to the full 24 months expiration of the contract. This is specific to each carrier and customers should carefully read and understand the terms and conditions regarding ETF prior to contract commitment.
