Why do I need to provide a credit card to place my ACN Wireless® order?
As part of your application for service, wireless carriers require a valid credit card number for identity verification purposes. Your credit card will also be billed for any equipment or accessory purposes. If the phone you selected is free, and you have not chosen any accessories or other upgrades such as Device Protection, Express Shipping or other services, your credit card will not be charged. Your credit card will not be billed for your monthly service.

Can I buy a new phone and not sign-up for a new contract with a wireless carrier? Or Can I sign-up for a new contract and not purchase a new phone?
Currently, phone only orders and service only orders are not available. Customers must purchase a phone along with their service at this time.

How frequently do the plans and pricing change?
Phone pricing can change daily (or at least every 2 weeks) to keep up with the current market and carrier website offers. Therefore, phone pricing is not locked or guaranteed for a specific timeframe.

Can I get printed materials, coverage maps, rate plans etc?
Since carriers change their rate plans and offerings frequently, printed materials quickly become out-of-date. Please reference the ACN Wireless® website for up-to-date, accurate offers and details.

Who determines if I pass the credit check process when I sign-up for service through ACN Wireless?
The carrier, NOT ACN, conducts the credit check for your wireless account and has sole authority to approve the service. The credit check process is not real-time and will occur after you submit your order. You will receive status information regarding your order via email.

In the event a deposit is required in order to receive service, how will this deposit be collected?
Verizon Wireless collects the deposit directly from the customer. ACN Wireless® will collect the deposit on behalf of the other carriers. Be sure to track your order on the ACN Wireless® website to determine if a deposit is required.

Can I purchase additional services such as text messaging, etc. from the carrier via ACN Wireless?
Yes. The most popular services carriers provide, such as text messaging, picture messaging, accessories, etc. are offered on the ACN Wireless® website during the checkout process. Each carrier also offers their own extended warranty program for an additional fee. This option is also available during the checkout process.

The phone I received seems to have been opened. Is it a refurbished phone?
No. The phone is new. Each phone is opened before shipment for programming and quality assurance. This is the same policy followed by carrier stores, where new phones are opened, programmed and checked for quality assurance prior to the customer being handed the phone.
