Can members of a family living in different area codes sign up for a family plan?

Yes. Carriers will allow you to place numbers with different area codes, but within the same market, on a family plan. For example, area codes 703, 202 and 240 are all in the Washington DC market, so these can all be signed up for the same family plan. However, area codes 703, 404 and 310 are in different markets, and could therefore not be signed up under the same family plan.

If I am a current ACN wireless customer, and I would like to add a line to my plan (i.e. upgrade from an individual to a family, or add another line to an existing family plan) how would I do this?

Customers may add a line to their ACN Wireless® plan if they are a T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel, Alltel or AT&T customer. To add a line, simply contact the ACN Wireless® Customer Service number at 1-866-629-7757.
